THE WAY WE SEE OURSELVES IS REFLECTED BACK TO US IN EVERYTHING WE DO

We keep attracting, allowing others to treat us in ways which we say we don't want to be treated, yet we treat ourselves in this same manner, more often, worse.

The treatment we allow from others, no matter the excuse we provide on the surface, is a reflection of our self-worth.
We judge ourselves harshly, then are shocked and offended when judged harshly by those around us.

If a situation is unacceptable, disrespectful or has the potential of harming you and you make no effort to correct this condition, you have told the other this is totally fine by your action, even if your words are declaring otherwise. Your words become meaningless, without any credibility or power.

All irritation is with ourselves for accepting something which is, on some level within us, unacceptable.  We are operating out of a 'story' of us, a character created by those closest to us when we were growing up.  We are persuaded to believe another's version of who we are, is the truth of us, but it isn't.  The longer we play the role defined for us, the more resentful and angry we become with ourselves for believing the lies we were told which say we are unworthy of being or having that which we came forth to be and do.

Find your authentic self and live it at all costs!
At the end of your physical life, you will have no one to blame or thank but yourself.
