ATTACHMENT IS OUR GREATEST SELF CRUELTY.
All suffering comes from our attachment to someone or
something that we feel is the foundation of our identity.
We must cultivate a foundation of an honest enduring love for ourselves
as it is the measure of our capacity to love another.
THE BASIS OF LIFE IS FREEDOM.
We must learn to hold life loosely, to dance with the energy
flowing to and through our lives, allowing all people and things to find
their rightful place in the Universe, blessing everything as it comes and as it goes.
THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS JOY.
EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY.
Everyone will leave you or you will leave them even if you spend
a lifetime together, one of you will likely transition before the other.
Rejoice in NOW and stop waiting for everything to be perfect
to enjoy your life and each other.
