How honest are we with ourselves?
When asked, "Do you love yourself?"
What is your answer?
Where is your respect for yourself?
Your Self-Respect is evident
in every choice you make.
Respect is the foundation of love,
so if you are making choices based
on the happiness of another,
you are eroding your own capacity
to love, for our capacity to love
is perfectly equivalent to the
love of our Self.
