EVERYTHING BEGINS IN OUR MINDS

Everything begins in our minds.  When it has been there long enough, being thought repeatedly, enough times, it becomes a belief.  Once it becomes a belief, we begin to see evidence of it  showing up in our reality.  Nothing ever turns out differently than we expect.  If something doesn't turn out as we wanted, there is nowhere to look for the root of this development or situation, but in our own beliefs.

All negativity comes from holding a belief or an investment in a belief, which has long ceased to serve us.  When we are invested in a belief, it means we derive pleasure or comfort from embracing and cultivating it.

The more we hold this belief after discovering it isn't true, the more we need to convince others of it's truth or we must let it go.

When we choose, because of our attachment to the payoff, to recruit others to our beliefs, we become more militant in our efforts and inwardly, more self-critical.

We deny what we feel is true, following the path of that which we feel is false, out of a loyalty or commitment to an idea. Someone whose love we wanted or needed or whom we respected, held this belief and to leave it behind feels disloyal, so we forge on, holding tight to those ideals which can never be, as it isn't real.  It's the equivalent of resisting our own evolution.

Ultimately, the path of resistance will fail, but humans have a penchant for misery.  We will release it if it takes our death to accomplish it, for when we are in non-physical, there is no negativity or resistance, only pure positive energy.

This is why negativity is so destructive, when we hold on to it, to our physical body; it is contrary to what we are.  Living from the negative, we are constantly pushing against our well-being.  We criticize everything because we are so dissatisfied with ourselves.

When we live from the positive, we are allowing our true nature to lead our thoughts and our actions are inspired.  We love and respect ourselves, which in turn is how we treat others.
