AUTONOMY IS A BEAUTIFUL THING

As anyone who is actively engaged in conscious, deliberate creation, knows, it's the inner dialog which forges one's way into one's experience.  THOUGHT is CREATIVE. There is no such thing as a neutral thought.  It's one's thoughts, which pre-pave what he expects, building expectation, positively or negatively depending on previous experience with the subject, establishing what he will see before he even sees it.

I will see the evidence supporting whatever is a match for the vibration emanating from me about a particular subject.  If I despair and worry, I draw more of what I don't want to my experience.  If I am happy,  hopeful and confident I will draw into my path of vision exactly that which matches my vibrational tone.

This can really be a challenge when one has seemingly been beaten down by life, time and again, and an atmosphere of negative expectation clouds his vibration.
However we must learn the discipline of turning the mind toward what we know to be true.

About 20 years ago, I realized through an experience, that all of what comes at me in life is meant to be loving, whether or not it appears, in the moment, to be so.
It is a discipline to choose what I see, by choosing how I see.

Although I haven't yet mastered this discipline, I will find myself suddenly aware of how I created my feelings, by having chosen to see the circumstances of a situation, in a certain light.

Recently, having found myself in the middle of a storyline I didn't want to live, I grew completely bored with the story.  I remembered there is LOVE present in every situation and if I am willing to see it or hear what it has to say about my own vibrational tone, it is in my power to change my experience.

Autonomy is such a beautiful thing.
The quality of my life is in the choosing of that which I embrace from what is occurring
and how I release what doesn't serve me.
