There are no neutral thoughts,
All thoughts create.
What we see in our experience
is that which is a match
to a vibration already active
within us.
Since no
thoughts
are neutral,
be aware
of how you create and you will be surprised
less by the
circumstances
of your life.
You will begin to see the relation of your thoughts to what stands out in your
experience.
It is not the circumstances of this moment
creating the experience of the next.
It's one's perception and one's judgment,
which stimulates a response,
thereby creating the experience of the
following moment.
To change the quality of one's experience,
one need only be aware in the present moment
and choose wisely his response.
Choosing to see with love and appreciation
requires discipline, because
to be effective, we must focus on
what we appreciate, especially
when fear and criticism are the easier responses.
